6. YouTube and Third-Party Services
The Service interacts with YouTube to retrieve transcript data. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
- YouTube is a separate service with its own Terms of Service
- YouTube may change its APIs or terms at any time, which may affect our Service
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google
- Availability of transcripts depends on YouTube's systems and the video settings chosen by content creators
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

- The Service will be available at all times
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEAN RAKIDZICH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sean Rakidzich and any affiliates, contractors, or agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:
